The grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness and aromas. The wine is made from free run juice undergoing cold stabulation, temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation and aging in stainless steel tank.
Tasting notes : light pink color. Delicate nose full of fresh red fruit and subtle mineral notes . The palate expresses the same aromatic profile than the nose. It is well complimented by great balance and a long finish.
